Nikko is at the entrance to Nikko National Park, famous for the Toshogu, Japan's most lavishly decorated shrine complex and mausoleum of Tokugawa Ieyasu. Also center of Shinto and Buddhist mountain worship for many centuries. Shrines and Temples of Nikko
